    Account Executive

    Member Services Resource Coordinator

    Job Summary: 
    Member acquisition and retention, member services education, promotion, and support for prospects, members and partners. Provide project coordination and participate on cross-functional projects. Typically use computer applications for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, web access and online databases. 
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Prospect qualification, needs assessment, recommendation.  Process new member applications for the Account Executive (AE) team.  Ability to close new member sales
    • Plan, schedule and conduct all new member and partner on-boarding, orientation of new primary contacts and all requests for overview of services and tour of member’s only website and resources
    • Provide project coordination and participate on cross-functional teams. Examples include:  Departure Survey; Vulnerable Accounts; Reasons for Joining/Departing; Member Focus Group; Member Advisory Board; Member Satisfaction Survey
    • Initiate contact (phone, mail, e-mail, and in-person) with all members to introduce services, promote specific offerings, secure feedback and gain commitment for participation/usage of new services, learning and development classes and offerings
    • Process member changes, including all member resignations and issue requests for member survey (departure) participation.  Record all member interaction detail in online tools (HuRMan & Salesforce.com)
    • Other duties as assigned
