Safety/Loss Control
Our professionals are ready to help your company prevent injuries and instill behavioral-based safety in the minds of your employees. Our Safety & Loss Control team will conduct comprehensive risk assessments of your facility, and based on your company's individual performance, our Loss Control team will then develop specific training programs for the types of injuries and risks associated with your operation. The Loss Control team will also perform regular WISHA-type inspections and policy assessments for your protection in the form of on-site visits.
Claims Management
In order to minimize your Workers' Compensation liabilities, Washington Employers employs a full-time Workers' Compensation Claims staff. This means you'll have a personal team of claims managers attending to all the details, as each claim team is made up of both Indemnity and Medical Aid claims managers. We also have a 24-hour toll-free claims reporting hotline to expedite information processing. Our philosophy is that a truly injured worker is entitled to every benefit that the Department of Labor & Industries offers, and he/she should receive it as soon as possible.
All Workers' Compensation claims are managed with return-to-work in mind. Each claim receives extensive medical management and legal overview, and is brought to a resolution in an expedient manner.
