This course is designed for human resource professionals.

An Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) allows an organization to understand the perceptions of employees. While perception is not necessarily reality, employees in every organization act on the basis of their perceptions. Therefore, management must be made keenly aware of employees' views in order to achieve the strategies, goals, and objectives the organization wishes to achieve both in the near future and in the long-term.
