Employee Engagement Program

This course is designed for supervisors, managers and human resource personnel.

Employee engagement has been a hot topic in corporate and human resource circles for the past few years. It's a topic that employers and employees alike think they completely understand, yet few can clearly articulate it, and fewer can confidently declare that their organizations have it in abundance.

A leading consulting firm defined employee engagement as "the extent to which people enjoy and believe in what they do and feel valued for doing it." And, while the definition can be that simple, achieving employee engagement is considerably more complex!

This three-part program thoroughly explores Employee Engagement - beginning with its various definitions, and then progressing onto its outcomes, its drivers and the practical means to increase employee engagement for both individuals and work teams. The three courses in the program are intended for organizational leaders, managers, supervisors and HR professionals. The courses are:

  • Course 1: Fundamentals of Employee Engagement
  • Course 2: Organizational Approaches to Employee Engagement
  • Course 3: Supervisory/Managerial Techniques to Increase Employee Engagement
  • Each course in this program can be taken as an individual course or you may register for the full three-part program.
