Advanced Supervisory Skills
Supervision Into Leadership

This course is designed for supervisors and managers.

In our ongoing effort to present fresh and up-to-date learning and development programs, Washington Employers is pleased to offer this newly revised two-day version of the follow-up to our popular Supervisory Skills course.

They also know how to help others at all levels in their organizations cope with the changes that are a constant in todays workplace. In this series, participants will build on the foundation of personal, interpersonal and group skills they developed in Supervisory Skills to delve more deeply into the art of achieving great results through their people.

Topics that will be covered include:

  • Motivating through engagement
