Contract Administration

• Providing general advice and counsel on day-to-day questions of contract interpretation and application
    
• Notifying employers of wage increases due during term of agreement, and providing reminders on any other midterm benefit adjustments
    
• Assisting the employer in responding to grievances at every level. Attending and representing the employer in formal or informal grievance meetings
    
• Representing the employer in all stages of grievance arbitration, including selection of arbitrator, representation at hearing, preparation of briefs, and other matters
    
• Summarizing other union settlements in our monthly newsletter, the Washington Employers Bulletin
