Collective Bargaining

We provide a full range of collective bargaining services for member employers with unionized employees, as well as for non-union employers facing union organizing efforts.

In most instances we are responsible for all aspects of the negotiations, including:

Preparing opening letters, FMCS notices and other formal correspondence
Reviewing collective bargaining agreement and recommending possible modifications
Assisting in strategy discussions and all other preparations for negotiations
Preparing all proposals, counterproposals, and documents for negotiations
Acting as chief spokesperson in negotiating sessions
Preparing a strike readiness plan and assisting in maximizing the employer's ability to withstand a strike with minimal interruption of operation
Preparing final contracts and other concluding paperwork for signatures

In other situations, we can provide guidance and advice at the bargaining table or behind the scenes.
