We have three different levels of human resource services to choose from: Prepackaged Solutions, Advice and Counsel, and Direct Service.

Prepackaged Solutions
We've developed a variety of prepackaged resources that you can request when you need answers to common human resource questions. Examples range from a form that assists in determining if an employee is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, to White Papers of posters required of employers by state and federal law. These resources are available by mail, fax, or e-mail at no extra cost by contacting any Washington Employers staff member.

Advice and Counsel
Washington Employers has a staff of human resource generalists with an average of over 10 years experience who are immediately available by phone or in person by appointment at no cost to our members. Our staff can help you with the full range of human resource issues. For example, we can assist you step-by-step through compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act or perhaps brainstorm with you about how to restructure your managers' responsibilities for maximum efficiency.

Direct Service
Our staff is also available for specialized human resource projects your company may not have time or expertise to handle. We can provide you with "turn key" service on everything from writing an employee handbook to serving as your on-site human resource department. When Washington Employers takes the lead for a member company rather than providing advice and counsel, there is usually a cost involved beyond standard membership dues. However, these fees are typically a fraction of what independent consultants charge.
