Employee Assistance
Counseling can be a necessity at one time or another for almost anyone. Adding our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to your company's benefit package adds an extra measure of support and reassurance for your employees.
Our EAP includes up to three (3) sessions with a qualified counselor for the employee, or any household member, to assess the situation and make referrals to the appropriate resource(s). Many problems can be resolved in these first three sessions. Examples of situations frequently addressed include:
- Drug and alcohol dependency
- Family problems
- Depression
- Stress
A stand-alone EAP can also be purchased at a competitive price for Washington Employers members who do not have medical insurance through our organization but desire to add this extra measure of valuable resources to their employees.
