The 2009-2010 Policies & Benefits Survey is available for purchase. This comprehensive biennial survey covers more than 400 questions on: pay practices, incentive systems, performance appraisals, hours of work, dress codes, alternate work schedules, absenteeism, leaves of absence, Internet/E-mail use, medical insurance and premiums, ancillary plans and premiums, disability plans, Section 125 plans, paid-time off, tuition reimbursement, vacations, military leave, recruitment, training, hiring and retention, orientation, severance pay, and more!

Data is reported by employee size and the following employee classifications:

Union Production, Maintenance and Service employees
Non-Union Production, Maintenance and Service employees

Exempt Supervisory/Managerial/Professional employees

Local Washington Employers member data
National data covering 3,045 national organizations

Non-participating members: $395 Local report; $395 National report; $750 for both.

Non-members: $695 Local report; $695 National report; $1,050 for both.
