Washington Employers 2010 Wage & Salary Compensation Survey has been released. This annual survey is the largest of its kind in the Northwest.
This year's survey represents pay data from 387 organizations across Washington State and 297 benchmark jobs are reported. Salary data are broken out by size, industry and geographic region. Data is reported by high/low salaries, weighted and unweighted averages, interquartile ranges, and salary ranges.
Also reported this year are Average Pay Projections for 2011, and Shift and Lead Differentials.
