2009-2010 Nonprofit Wage & Benefit Survey Results Released

Washington Employers recently released its 2009-2010 Nonprofit Wage & Benefit Survey. This bi-ennial survey is conducted by Washington Employers in partnership with United Way of King County.

This year's survey represents salaries and benefits from 367 nonprofit organizations in the Puget Sound Area. There are 157 job titles reported. Salary data are broken out by size, revenue, field of service, and area. Data is reported by high/low salaries, weighted and unweighted averages, interquartile ranges, and salary ranges.

Benefits data cover workweek hours, holidays, vacations, sick leave, paid-time-off benefits, turnover, health and welfare benenefits/contributions, flexible spending accounts, retirement benefits, salary increases, projected salary increases, telecommuting, incentive pay, performance reviews, professional development classes, professional organization memberships, etc.
