Here's what we're looking for! Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree plus five years exempt level HR Generalist work history, be experienced in handling all aspects of federal and Washington state employment law, with a proven ability to work independently while engaging with all levels of employees, including coaching managers and executives. Professional HR certification is desirable. Successful candidates will be supported in the field by our staff, plus all the services offered to the members of our professional HR organization.

The primary focus of this important position is to provide administrative support for our HR Consulting team. Duties would include: preparing, proofreading, and formatting presentations and reports, creating project and informational packets, entering and reviewing data, assisting with various telephone call campaigns, and other general office support.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of administrative experience supporting a professional services team and two years using MS Office 2007 Word, Excel and PowerPoint, thorough attention to detail, and proven organizational skills. The position requires the ability to efficiently handle different projects and tasks while maintaining the ability to deliver results by established deadlines.
