Account Executive:
Are you looking for a great opportunity to make a big impact? We are looking for an energetic Account Executive with a proven track record in new business acquisition and sales to join our team. The successful candidate would:

  • Be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions, specifically focused on the prospecting for new clients
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from own professional network, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, business publications, company database, and other sources
  • Develop and implement strategies for securing and maintaining new clients
  • Write effective proposals that close the deal
  • Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships
  • Manage pipeline to build appropriately sized funnel, and accurately forecast future sales
  • Use company CRM and produce activity reports for management
  • Serve as escalation point for client issues
  • Represent the company during trade shows and events

Senior Compensation Analyst: We are looking for an experienced compensation & benefits professional to join our HR Consulting team. As an integral member of our team you will work as both an internal and external consultant and be responsible for:
  • The on-going smooth production of our salary surveys - both tactically and strategically. Washington Employers produces 10 surveys per year including the largest compensation survey in Washington State.

  • Nuts and bolts compensation analyst work with an added consulting twist. In this area, you will answer member inquiries ranging from general compensation topics to salary administration and compensation program design. In addition, you will work with our members directly on projects that may include reviewing job descriptions, job analysis & evaluation, salary structure formulation, compensation policy & strategy development, market analysis, and variable pay program development.

  • Consulting with members on benefits assessments and market analysis.

Each of these areas will keep you engaged in all levels of compensation and benefits work from the tactical to the strategic. If you love compensation and benefits and like variety in your daily work, this is the job for you.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years work experience in compensation or compensation and benefits combined. HR Consultant: We are hiring Senior HR Generalists who want to work a variable schedule and enjoy consulting in a variety of environments. Variable scheduling allows flexibility and may consist of either short-term consulting projects or indefinite assignments, including part-time or full-time schedules, with no guaranteed number of hours. Assignments are typically made with the most favorable travel distances from your home.  We are currently seeking consultants for on-site assignments from Tukwila to Olympia.

 

If you have five to ten years of exempt level HR Generalist experience and a bachelor’s degree, this might be just what you are looking for as your next professional challenge. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree plus five years exempt level HR Generalist work history, be experienced in handling all aspects of federal and Washington state employment law, with a proven ability to work independently while engaging with all levels of employees, including coaching managers and executives.
