HR Consultant: We are hiring Senior HR Generalists who want to work a variable schedule and enjoy consulting in a variety of environments. Variable scheduling allows flexibility and may consist of either short-term consulting projects or indefinite assignments, including part-time or full-time schedules, with no guaranteed number of hours. Assignments are typically made with the most favorable travel distances from your home. We are currently seeking consultants for on-site assignments from Tukwila to Olympia.
If you have five to ten years of exempt level HR Generalist experience and a bachelor’s degree, this might be just what you are looking for as your next professional challenge. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree plus five years exempt level HR Generalist work history, be experienced in handling all aspects of federal and Washington state employment law, with a proven ability to work independently while engaging with all levels of employees, including coaching managers and executives.
